Terms of Service
The agreement between you and CEFTA when you use this site or enrol in a program. Deliberately short and deliberately specific about what we will and won't promise.

Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and your enrolment in any CEFTA program. By enrolling you accept them. They are between you and [Registered entity name] (“CEFTA”, “we”, “us”).
Where the learner is under 18, the parent or guardian accepts these terms on their behalf and remains responsible under them.
What we provide
In-person, hands-on instruction at the published level (L0 Discover, L1 Foundation, L2 Practitioner, L3 Mastery, or L4 Pioneer in robotics), for the published number of hours, following the published syllabus.
- Hours are fixed; the calendar is flexible. A level delivers its stated hours. The dates and pace may be arranged to suit a cohort.
- Syllabi change on purpose. We refresh content to keep it current, and we may substitute equivalent tools or units. We will not reduce the stated hours or the stated outcome.
- Delivery may be at our centre or a partner campus, as stated when you enrol.
What we do not promise
We think this section matters more than the rest of the document.
- No job guarantee. We make no promise of employment, placement, internship, salary or title, and no employee of ours is authorised to make one verbally.
- No guaranteed grade or certification outcome. Credentials are issued for work actually completed and assessed.
- No guarantee of a specific instructor. Instructors are certified against a standard; the standard is the promise, not the person.
Fees, and the pricing promise
- Every price is published on the pricing page and is the same for everyone in a category. Student rates are openly lower than professional rates.
- The published price is the price, and it is the same for everyone in the same category. No today-only rate, and no figure that exists only inside a conversation.
- Any discount that exists — student pricing, scholarships, early-bird windows, sibling or referral discounts — is a published rule and applies to everyone who qualifies, whether or not they ask.
- Fees are payable before a level begins, unless an installment plan is agreed in writing.
- Optional hardware kits are priced separately, near cost, and are never bundled into a course fee.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable, which will be shown before payment.
Cancellation and refunds
- L0 Discover is free. Cancel it whenever you like; we ask only that you tell us so the seat goes to someone else.
- Before a level starts — cancel at least [7] days before the start date for a full refund, less any payment-gateway charge.
- After a level starts — within the first [two sessions], a pro-rata refund of unused sessions. After that, fees are not refundable, because the cohort seat, the trainer and the lab are committed.
- If we cancel or fail to deliver a level, you get a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort, whichever you prefer.
- Kits are refundable only if unopened and returned within [7] days.
Conduct, safety and the lab
- Robotics and electronics levels involve tools, current and moving parts. A safety induction is mandatory and non-negotiable, and instructions in the lab must be followed.
- Younger learners work low-voltage and supervised, at supervision ratios of 15 learners per trainer or better.
- We may remove a learner, without refund, for conduct that endangers others, damages equipment, or repeatedly disrupts a cohort. We will always talk to a parent or guardian first where the learner is a minor.
Your work, and our materials
- You own what you build. Projects, code and designs a learner creates remain theirs.
- We may show it, with permission. We ask separately, in writing, before featuring any learner's work, name, photograph or video in our showcase or marketing — and consent can be withdrawn later, at which point we take it down.
- Our curriculum stays ours. Syllabi, lab sheets, slides and assessments are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal learning — not for redistribution or commercial teaching.
Media consent
Photography or video is sometimes taken in class. It is never published without specific consent, and for a minor that consent must come from a parent or guardian. See the Child Data & DPDP statement.
Liability
We are liable for what we are responsible for, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the level in question. Nothing here limits liability that Indian law does not permit us to limit — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City], [State] have exclusive jurisdiction.
